Majority of Kenyans dont have any form of health insurance due to poverty. Most of them are constantly stricken with preventable illnesses and robbed of a safe and healthy future.
In Kenya, less than 20% of the population has access to health insurance.
88.4% of those with health insurance are enrolled in the government schemes (SHIF), while only 11.6% are covered by private insurers.
